Enneagram training for business

A Higher Porpoise can provide different levels of Enneagram training to suit your company's needs, from one on one coaching to detailed analysis of working relationships in small groups to teambuilding events for larger groups.

Why the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for understanding yourself and others, which helps us to get down to people's basic motivations and see how these are reflected in everyday behaviour.

Types of training offered

Personal coaching

After a typing interview to assess your type, we will discuss how your personality type affects your personal goals, what blocks there are in the way of moving forward and how to deal with them.

Small group interactions

Each member of the group will be interviewed personally and we will compile a report for each individual on their own personality type and how that type interacts with other types in the group. This will be followed up with a group discussion to answer questions and address issues.

Group teambuilding

You can book a weekend "Introduction to the Enneagram" workshop for groups of any size to learn about the Enneagram. This will include lectures, group exercises and breakout discussions.
